For Alapeti “Al” Ware, health and fitness has always been a passion. From a young age, he became addicted, focused on becoming the best. This drive and commitment for fitness led him to start I Will Train, helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Before I Will Train, Al was a soldier in the US military. As a soldier, he learned discipline, determination, and the will to never give up. These lessons easily translated into Al’s civilian life and are ones he uses every day.
Utilizing social media, Al continued his fitness journey in October 2018 on Instagram. Posting 3 or 4 workout videos a day, he gained over 8,000 in the first month. Inspired, he continued to post, desiring to help motivate his followers and help them realize that they have the ability to power to accomplish their goals

Health and Fitness as a whole can be confusing and overwhelming for so many people wanting to change their life. I realize most people can't afford a trainer, have zero clues on the importance of proper nutrition, have the slightest idea on how to train, and have no positive moral support. With that said, I have delivered an app that educates, builds confidence, and helps everyone exceed their goals far beyond their expectations.
